Anne Pribulka Cutler
Anne Pribulka Cutler is an accomplished multisport athlete, coach and leader who is the founder and CEO of athletic4ever. Anne began training for sport competition around the age of three in the Sokol gymnastic organization and was grounded in their commitment to “a sound mind in a sound body.” Throughout grade school, she competed on teams in the CYO during the school year and organized athletics in the summer. She continued to compete successfully through high school, college and post-collegiate competition.
Anne credits her success to observing and learning from all the elite athletes and coaches introduced to her by her father, Andy, who was a basketball official and sports leader in the Lehigh Valley. For the last 20 years, Anne has been giving back to sport by coaching, refereeing, and serving on boards lending her expertise to benefit both capital and experiential projects.
Anne holds a Masters Degree from Temple University in the psychology of exercise and sport, concentrating in the psychology of high level performance and in team dynamics.

Ian Craig
Ian Craig BSc MSc DipCNE INLPTA is a passionate educator and practitioner in the field of integrative sports nutrition.
With his joint academic backgrounds in exercise physiology and nutritional therapy, and a 20-year journey as a British middle-distance athlete, Ian has been developing the concept of integrative sports nutrition since 2007; it is a fast-evolving discipline that considers both the health and performance of an athlete from an integrative health perspective.
Educationally, within health-based nutrition, Ian is the author of the Struik Lifestyle book Wholesome Nutrition, producer of his online transformative course, 12 Steps to Wholesome Nutrition and regular contributor to the South African TV health talk show Real Health. Within sports nutrition, he is the founder of the Centre for Integrative Sports Nutrition, the world’s first educational platform to train sports nutrition practitioners in a functional way of thinking and practicing. Ian has been the editor of UK magazine Functional Sports Nutrition since 2010, plus he developed and facilitated the Middlesex University’s Personalised Sports Nutrition postgraduate course and the annual IHCAN Functional Sports Nutrition conference, of which he was conference leader.
Clinically, Ian works with a large array of sports-specific cases, plus complex health imbalances such as autoimmunity, chronic gastrointestinal issues, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, all of which are rapidly increasing in incidence, especially in the sporting world. To provide a complete immersion within the lifestyle, behavioural and belief changes necessary to improve the health of his clients, Ian works with a core team of talented practitioners, who collectively practice nutritional, exercise and psychological coaching, natural cookery, and integrative medicine.
Ian gained a BSc in Physiology & Sports Science from the University of Glasgow in his native Scotland, an MSc in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a further BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the Centre for Nutrition Education, validated by Middlesex University in London. He is a professional member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES).

Frank Pileggi
Dr. Frank Pileggi is a Board Certified Holistic Healthcare Practitioner. He is currently the Dean of Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies (LIWS) and Corrective Muscle Therapist at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, which is part of Virtua Health systems. Dr. Pileggi received his Master's Degree in Holistic Health Sciences and his Doctorate in Holistic Arts and Practices along with being a nationally Registered Holistic Practitioner specializing in Advanced Bodywork and Somatic Therapies. He completed most of his postgraduate studies in the state of Vermont at Vermont College, Goddard College and the University of Vermont; however, he also attended many certification institutions in the country for specialized musculoskeltal therapies.
He is also the founder of Corrective Muscle Therapy® (CMT), which defined, is a series of passive and active directed movements to help alleviate discomfort and provide body awareness for improved mobility. It is a trademarked service of Dr. Frank Pileggi PhD, and is not a designated form of massage therapy. Dr. Pileggi is known as an expert in his field not only by his education and by holding certificates in over 40 musculoskeletal modalities and Athletic Training; but also in having over Twenty years' experience working with elite athletes in professional and amateur sports. In addition to his traditional studies, Dr. Pileggi spent five honored years training with the Shamans of the Abenaki American Indians in Northern Vermont, living and learning with their customs and traditions in holistic philosophies of energy and nature.
Michael Sachs
Michael Sachs, Ph.D., CMPC, is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Kinesiology at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. Mike is a Past-President of both the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and Division 47, the Society for Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology, of the American Psychological Association (APA). He is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with AASP.
His bachelor’s degree in psychology is from Union College (NY), and he has two master’s degrees – one in general experimental psychology from Hollins College (VA) and one in counseling psychology from Loyola University (MD). He received his Ph.D. in sport psychology from Florida State University.
He is co-author with Dr. Bruce Cohen (Cohen and Sachs) of the new book, Excusercise, Inexcusable Exercise Excuses for not Exercising, developed to help individuals counter excuses for not exercising. Michael is co-editor of the recently published Performance Excellence: Stories of Success From the Real World of Sport and Exercise Psychology (with Lauren Tashman and Selen Razon). He is also a co-editor of Applied Exercise Psychology: The Challenging Journey From Motivation to Adherence, and is associate editor of Psychology of Running and coeditor of Running as Therapy: An Integrated Approach. He co-wrote The Total Sports Experience for Kids: A Parents' Guide to Success in Youth Sports. He is also a co-editor of the Directory of Graduate Programs in Applied Sport Psychology (published by AASP - the Association for Applied Sport Psychology). He has written or co-authored numerous book chapters, academic articles on various topics within exercise and sport psychology, and articles on the psychology of running in popular publications. Michael enjoys exercising, particularly running and swimming, and has run two marathons: the Joe Steele Rocket City Marathon (Huntsville, AL) and the New York City Marathon.
