I am Frank

Hi my name is Frank Pileggi PhD, I am a board certified Holistic Healthcare Practitioner specializing in musculoskeletal issues. I have a very open mind to all things and I enjoy anything that is outdoors. Other than being with my family nothing is better than sitting in the sun or under the moon. My goal is to help you prevent injury, recover from injury, and be the best version of you that you can be. I don’t have all the answers but if I can’t help I promise I know someone who can.
